Cadence PL measures and graphs
the cadence (number of strokes per minute) and ratio (the percentage
of the stroke cycle spent in the drive phase) in rowing. The program
plots 75 stokes on the screen, and it keeps track of the average
cadence and ratio. The picture on the left shows a start sequence of
an intermediate crew.
Cadence PL will run on any palm device using the Palm OS operating system version 3.0 or above.
